Full size sheet pan
This double stacked E27 ovens are made to provide a fast and even bake in two tray full size sheet pan per oven. At 15A plug-in, 2.8kW, the E27M2 features a single bi-directional reversing fan, dual halogen lamps, and generous 41/2” tray spacing. This is the ideal plugin oven for full size baguettes as well as a wide range of fresh, par baked and pre-proofed frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake and confectionary products. Double stacked ovens can come with either an adjustable feet base stand or with castors as option.
