Full size sheet pan
The E931M range is a GN1/1 electric convection oven and 4 element cooktop. Compact width of 675mm wide only, it has two 2kW high speed front hot-plate elements and two 1.5kW rear hot-plate elements. Convection oven underneath has 4 GN 1/1 pan capacity with a single direction low-velocity fan for baking and grilling. A low temperature safe-touch door is fitted with a cool touch handle and easy to clean plug-in door seal for added appeal.
